Will I get to see the Pawtrait before it is dispatched?

Yes, once finished, you will be sent an email with photos of your portrait to make sure you are happy with it or if you would like me to make any small changes.

How long will my portrait take?

Once you have placed your order and sent your photos, you can expect to receive your custom pet portrait around 2 – 3 weeks depending on the number of people or pets in your portrait. Need something sooner than that? Contact me and I can see what I can do.

Do you create portraits of humans? How about piglets?

Yes!  I do people as well as all types of animals eg cats, horses, pigs… I’ve even created a Tiger upon request!

Do you accept returns?

No, I am unable to accept returns due to the fact that each item I sell is handmade and is unique to each customer. However, you will receive photos of the finished portrait prior to dispatch. You can then let me know of any changes that are needed. I will make sure you are 100% happy with it before I post it out to you.

Do you accept cancellations?

If I have already begun work on your portrait I am unable to accept cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

What is your shipping policy?

I provide worldwide shipping to anywhere in the world. My portraits are sent using FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail delivery options.

Once your order is on the way to you, you will receive the tracking details so you can keep updated on your portraits journey and when it will be delivered to you.
