Will I get to see the Pawtrait before Posting it out to me?
Yes, Once finished I will send you an email with photos of your portrait to make sure you are happy with it or if you would like me to make any small changes.
How long does it take?
Upon receiving your order and your photos, you will receive your custom pet portrait around 2 – 3 weeks depending on the quantity of people or pets in your portrait.. Need something sooner than that? Contact me and I can see what I can do.
Do you paint portraits of humans? How about piglets?
Yes! I do people as well as all types of animals eg cats, horses, pigs… I’ve even created a Tiger upon request!
Do you accept returns?
No, Due to each item I sell is handmade and unique to each customer I do not accept returns. However before I post your finished product out to you, I will send you photos of the finished product to look at. You can then let me know of any changes that are needed. I will make sure you are 100% happy with it before I post it out to you.
Do you accept Cancellations?
I don’t accept cancellations. If I have already started making your portrait. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
What is your shipping policy?
I ship anywhere within the world. My portraits are sent using Fedex, UPS and Royal Mail delivery options.
Once your order is on the way to you, I will send you the tracking details so you can keep updated on your portraits journey and when it will be delivered to you.
